Ok so this was my first time making pizza dough. Why? Because I freakin hate baking. I used the Namaste gluten free mix (Whole Foods). You don’t have to knead it cause it’ll come out like cake batter. Bake it, top it, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. It was a bit much for me. Look! I almost failed the baking course at Le Cordon Bleu, i had to BEG for a “D” AND my instructor was 9 months pregnant. Im prideful, what I look like beggin? I had to though, got my “D” ooooooowwwwweeeeee. I moved onto “Cuisines across culture”, I soared at Asain cuisine, I don’t know why, I don’t even eat Asain food. My instructor for this course would tell me “you look like you don’t know how to cook” and in all actuality, I really do look like I don’t know how to cook. Ha! I always look like its my first time in a kitchen and handling a knife. I don’t chop fast, why? cause Im scared to get cut and I don’t work fast cause I hate mess ups. When my instructor would taste my food she said I surprise her everytime, she didn’t think it would be good. Never judge a book by its cover. I gets DOWN over a pilot……..gas though, not electric, Ill burn ya food. Lol Back to the pizza, just go ahead and call me Dory, my attention span is bad. Uuummmmmm, I squiggled the vegan Miso Mayo and garlic paste everywhere, as far as what veggies are on it, I just used whatever I had in my fridge. Vegan cheese, squash, zucchini, red onion, kale, and tomato.
